Knotty and gnarled grapevines express themselves in a balanced and graceful wine, whose typicality discloses to the palate in a soft almond aftertaste. Its lightness perfectly matched the original name of this wine: “Tocai”; today it represents the personality of those who produce it, defining itself simply Friulano.

Nose: An intense first impression, full-body, it reminds of acacia flowers with subtle hints of butter and a mild citrus nuance.
Taste: Dry, graceful but full-bodied in its notes. Fresh and characterised by a nice acidity, it leaves a peculiar aftertaste of almonds, a typical quality of this variety. The aromatic finish is intense and satisfying.
Pairings
Excellent when paired to light risotto and soft cheese. Intense yet delicate to satisfy the palate in every occasion.
